As a licensed broker, I have sold dozens of homes. In the housing crisis I dealt with short sales, bank owned properties, foreclosures. In the hot market of the last 2 years I saw record purchase prices for seller homes and fierce competition facing my buyers. The beauty of the real estate market is that it never rests. You need an expert to read the signs and adjust your strategies and goals accordingly whether you are a buyer a seller or investor.
I love to remodel homes and often am up to my elbows in paint, drywall tape, tile grout or perusing fixtures, floor samples or landscaping ideas. The work gives me a closer understanding of home operation, things to look for, and to look out for when looking at properties, and knowing when a specific expert is needed.
