Who I am:
I am a practical, down to earth, hardworking native of Indiana with over 25 years of real estate experience in the Seattle area. My expertise is in residential and small multi family real estate transactions primarily within the Seattle city limits. I have successfully navigated the ever-changing landscape of the local real estate market for many years and know how to adjust quickly to the shifting environment to give my clients the most up to date advice possible. My husband and I have remodeled and repaired 13 houses in our 30 years together and I’ll bet some of my hands-on construction skills against the best tradespeople out there. I have a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and consider myself a business minded thinker with a major dose of empathy. I believe the greatest real estate service I can provide is to recognize that each and every transaction is unique and to offer advice and options that will enable my clients to make the best decisions to meet their individual goals.
